In H-Enea Living Lab, we collaborate with our customers to define products and services that incorporate the perspective of the people who will use them. We help identify the “gaps” between what the users need and what companies offer. In order to do this, we carefully listen to the users and final customers of current and future solutions, and we facilitate the integration of these users in the innovation process.
The multidisciplinary team that integrates social sciences and traditional sciences (technical and business sciences) allows us to reach the concrete information and draw conclusions from the users/clients’ life and their motivations, which are normally overlooked in traditional market researches. This allows us to help the client in the design products and/or services that users/customers require.
